Robert Brzuszczak, Home Manager
As our Home Manager, Robert oversees the day-to-day running of Springfield Care Homes.
He works closely with residents, families and our staff team to ensure we provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care. His role includes supporting and developing our team, maintaining high standards throughout the home and ensuring our residents’ individual needs, choices and wellbeing remain at the centre of everything we do.
Samantha Richardson, Assistant Manager
Our Assistant Manager, Samantha, works alongside the Home Manager to support the smooth running of the home and our care services.
She provides guidance and support to the team, helps coordinate residents’ care and is a friendly and approachable point of contact for residents, relatives and colleagues.
Her focus is on helping everyone feel safe, listened to, supported and at home.
Our Finance and Payroll Team
Samantha Turner and Vicky French
Our Finance Manager and Payroll Administration Team play an important role behind the scenes at Springfield and Prinsted Care Homes, helping to ensure the financial and administrative side of our homes runs smoothly and efficiently.
The team is responsible for a range of essential duties, including managing accounts, processing payroll, maintaining accurate financial records and supporting staff with payroll and finance-related enquiries.
Working closely with the Home Manager and wider team, they help ensure everything is managed accurately, professionally and confidentially. Their organisation and attention to detail provide valuable support to our staff and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of Springfield and Prinsted.
Our Social Care and Activities Team
Our Social Care and Activities team helps bring fun, friendship and meaningful experiences into everyday life at Springfield and Prinsted.
From group activities, celebrations, games and entertainment to quieter one-to-one time, they take the time to understand each resident’s interests, hobbies and preferences.
Their aim is to encourage choice, independence and social connection while making sure there is always something enjoyable to look forward to.

Callum Headon, Chef
Our Chef, Callum, plays an important role in making mealtimes enjoyable and something our residents can look forward to each day.
He prepares tasty, nutritious and varied meals while considering residents’ individual preferences and dietary requirements.
Working closely with the wider team, he helps create menus that are balanced, enjoyable and full of familiar favourites.
Our Kitchen Assistants
Our Kitchen Assistants support the Chef in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
From helping with food preparation to supporting meal and refreshment services, they are an important part of making sure our residents have an enjoyable dining experience.
Our Care Team
Our dedicated Care Team provides compassionate, person-centred support to our residents throughout the day and night.
They take the time to get to know each resident as an individual, including their routines, preferences, interests and the things that are important to them.
Whether providing practical support, a listening ear, reassurance or simply sharing a smile and a conversation, our carers are committed to promoting dignity, independence, comfort and wellbeing.
Elaine Harrington, Team Leader
Our Team Leaders support and guide the Care Team, helping to ensure our residents receive consistent, high-quality care.
They coordinate day-to-day care, support colleagues and make sure important information is communicated effectively.
They also spend time with residents and their families, helping us provide care that reflects each person’s individual needs, preferences and wishes.
Our Housekeeping Team
Our Housekeeping Team works hard every day to keep Springfield and Prinsted clean, comfortable and welcoming for our residents, families and visitors.
They take great pride in maintaining residents’ rooms and our shared spaces to a high standard.
As well as keeping our homes looking their best, our housekeepers are familiar and friendly faces who get to know our residents and help make Springfield and Prinsted feel like home.
Our Laundry Team
Our Laundry Team plays an important role in making sure residents’ clothing, bedding and personal items are cared for with attention and respect.
They help keep everything fresh, clean and organised while making sure residents’ personal belongings are treated with care.
Working closely with the wider team, they contribute to the comfortable and homely environment that is so important to everyday life at Springfield and Prinsted.
Asten Evans and Dave Failes, Maintenance
Our Maintenance team helps keep Springfield and Prinsted safe, comfortable and looking their best.
From everyday repairs and routine safety checks to looking after the buildings and their surroundings, they work behind the scenes to help make sure our residents have a pleasant and well-maintained home.
They are also familiar and friendly faces around our homes, always ready to lend a helping hand.
